Nick Sackville is the Founder and Principal of Vulpes Solutions. A trusted leader in Saskatchewan’s nonprofit and affordable housing sector, he is known for his ability to guide complex capital projects from concept to completion.
Before founding Vulpes Solutions, Nick oversaw the nonprofit division of a leading modular general contractor, where he facilitated the construction of multiple affordable and supportive housing projects across the Canadian prairies totalling over 120 units and $40 million in project value. His hands-on experience spans pre-development planning, funding strategy, stakeholder engagement, and project management — giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to move community projects from idea to reality.
